E. Elenbaas began practicing in Los Angeles
in 1977 and established an office in Fullerton, California in 1982.
Throughout his career Mr. Elenbaas has emphasized trial and appellate
practice, primarily in the areas of business, real estate, and general
civil litigation. He also regularly handles business, corporate and
real estate transactions, matters involving landlord/tenant law and
evictions, employment law and personal injury. Mr. Elenbaas has been awarded an
"A-V" rating by Martindale-Hubbell Law Directories, the nation's
preeminent directory of attorneys. Mr. Elenbaas previously served
as a judge pro tempore to the Orange County Superior Court. In addition to being a member of the California
State Bar and the Orange
County Bar Association, he is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme
Court, the Fifth, Seventh and Ninth United States Circuit Courts of
Appeal, and the United States District Courts for the Central, Southern,
Northern and Eastern Districts of California. During the course of
his career, Mr. Elenbaas has also
been admitted pro hac vice in the states of Nevada, Utah, Arizona,
Florida, Illinois, Texas and Kentucky.
