of Practice: Landlord-Tenant
We bring to the table more than a quarter of a century of experience in matters involving landlord-tenant law. Our residential practice is limited to representing management companies and private landlords. We represent both landlords and tenants in commercial tenancies. In addition to handling unlawful detainer (eviction) actions, we also assist our clients in developing standardized leases and other forms for their property management activities, negotiating leases, and assisting in workouts. Recently we have defended several of our landlord clients that were sued for access violations under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA litigation) and have assisted other management clients in developing mold prevention and remediation policies and procedures. |
